Steps:
Sit on the floor with back and head erect, legs
extended, and hands laying around your body.
Breathe in and raise your hands over your head.
Breathe out, bend your legs carefully, bend forward
from the waist and allow the hands hold the toes.
Breathe in and stretch your legs fully.
Hold the pose for 10 deep breaths.
Have a deep inhalation, release and relax.
